How much does virtual staging cost?

A one-off staged listing is £69, with every room delivered the same working day and no subscription. If you list regularly, monthly plans bring the cost down to around £30–£40 a listing.

Is it a subscription, or can I pay per listing?

Both. Pay £69 per listing with no commitment, or subscribe to a monthly plan (Starter, Growth or Agency) and stage every listing for less. You can start one-off and move to a plan whenever it makes sense.

What happens if I don't use all my listings in a month?

Plans are sized to a typical month of listings for that kind of agent. If your volume changes, move up or down a plan at any time. They're rolling, with no notice period.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees and no contracts. Monthly plans are rolling and you can cancel anytime. You can also try one free staged sample of your own listing before you pay anything.
